Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa discussed on Sunday with Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), potential areas of cooperation aimed at supporting Syrias economic development.
The meeting, held at the Funds headquarters in Washington, was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs and ExpatriatesAsaad Hassan al-Shaibani, along with senior IMF officials.
The discussions focused on possible frameworks for collaboration between Syria and the IMF to enhance growth and promote economic reform.
