Information MinisterHamza al-Mustafamet Saturday with Fahrettin Altun, head of the Turkish Presidential Directorate of Communications, on the sidelines of theTRT World Forum 2025in Istanbul.
The meeting focused on the state of Syrian media and explored ways to strengthen cooperation between Syrias Ministry of Information and Turkeys communications authority.
Both sides underlined the value of Turkeys media experience and discussed how it could contribute to building future collaboration. They expressed mutual interest in exchanging expertise and best practices to advance the media sectors in both countries.
Al-Mustafa also participated Thursday in a panel discussion titled Syrias New Dawn: Charting the Path to Reconstruction, where he outlined Syrias media vision for the post-liberation period.
