Al-Ali outlined the challenges facing Syrias health sector, including shortages of medical equipment and limited infrastructure, and stressed the importance of strengthening administrative and technical skills among healthcare staff. He said the ministrys two-year strategic plan includes projects to improve medical specialization programs and expand training opportunities.

The minister also emphasized building partnerships with British institutions in nursing and capacity-building, noting that health sector managers should undergo certified training to enhance efficiency.
